SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use FedEx and USPS. Shipping is calculated per item weight. If more than one item is ordered, we will pack as efficiently as possible. If shipping costs are less than estimated, a refund will be issued at the time of shipping.

Items are returnable within seven days of purchase in original condition; buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

Pick up from Julia’s ClearWater Arts Center studio in Concord or delivery in the greater Charlotte area may be arranged; please contact us to inquire.
